Restless baby
My 4 1/2 mi th old seems to move around so much at night while he is sleeping! He turns his head back and forth and kicks his legs so much. I can't tell if he is awake while he is doing it or if he is sleeping. I feel like he isn't getting very good rest because of it. Is this normal? What can I do to help him?
