Would you still press charges even if you knew your daughter consented?

Here lately I've been seeing a lot of posts about consent. Let's say you have a daughter and she has sex with a male several years older and you have the ability by law to press charges. Would you press charges even if you know your daughter consented to the action? What do you think about this? Is it fair? Again- assuming this was NOT rape. Your daughter knew what she was doing.
