tinder and boyfriend what?!

Ok so I was sitting with my boyfriend and he was showing me something on his phone and I saw that he still had not deleted his tinder app? Yet I deleted mine as well as my account. When I asked he said oh i don't have it on. But it still shows that his account is active? Am I being paranoid or what? I feel like that's werid to have when you have a girlfriend....
