Help...?!

Okay so I recently had sex, like the day before my period started and my period is different then it has ever been. It's worse than I've had it before. I don't really know how to explain it but it's really weird.... I just don't know what to do....

The first thing to do is try to calm down, being anxious and stressed isn't going to do any good, especially with the added period hormones. You're probably fine, periods aren't always predictable, especially if you're on some type of birth control. Due to where you are on your cycle and how long sperm can live inside you, don't worry about pregnancy. Bodies are weird and things happen, but seriously doubt it. If this period gets unbearable or if these extreme periods continue, make an appointment with your gyno. In the meantime, rest, do some light yoga, and treat yourself to some dark chocolate, you should be fine 😌
