Stopping Progesterone?

Hello, Ladies! Has anyone here used Prometrium or progesterone supplements? Or do you know anyone who has? I'm curious about when you stopped using them. I began at 5 weeks because my levels were low and the Dr. said use them to 12 weeks. I'm 13 weeks 4 days and just nervous to stop them lol. Thanks in advance!

I stopped a week ago at 14 weeks- after being in the vaginal, 2 times a day since 4.5 weeks.  It is such a relief to have no more messyness but I'm anxious for my check up to make sure heart beat is strong and healthy. I can feel some baby movement which helps.

I stopped at 10 weeks 4 days and it's been 2 weeks and everything is just fine! I'm happy to be off of it.

I stopped at 12 weeks and have been doing good...I was glad to stop cuz it caused me to spot

I started Endometrin (progesterone) before my embryo transfer. I am 12w2d now and my OB said I can stop taking it. I have a couple more days of the medication left and since it was so expensive I'm going to use it up. It can only help, not hurt the baby so why not.  Altogether, I've been on it for 16 weeks.

I was taking 100mg twice a day and was told to stop at 12 weeks which I did, cold turkey. I'm now 14 weeks and baby is still perfect. The placenta starts taking over progesterone  production around 9 weeks but they usually want you to keep taking the pills till 12 weeks just to be safe.
