How did you manage it? Did/do you wear back showing clothes?

I just wash my back every day and when I see a big pimple I put rubbing alcohol on it and it helps dry it up. I also put rubbing alcohol on any pimples on my face as well to dry them up and make them able to pop or sometimes they go away on their own.

I used a tea tree back spray that I bought in the uk in boots, it's totally cleared it and cheap.
