Wow. On one hand that judge is incredibly rude. On another if your in court pleading your case you should leave children with a sitter. I think the judge owes her an apology. I'd love to see a follow up to this story.

This kind of surprises me. I live about an hour south in SC and Hendersonville is a more liberal place like Asheville. Pretty sure it was Hendersonville that had some topless festival.
