Does femara= exhaustion in the 2ww?

Did femara make you extremely tired in the 2ww. I keep taking naps. I'm only about 5dpo so I know it could be way to early for pregnancy symptoms. I pass out for a nap every day at around 6:30, like I cannot keep my eyes open. It is the worst today. Anyone else experience this?

I was super tierd on it. Then after I never was really able to shake it. But I was also on progesterone so that could have contributed as well.
