Why are my breast doing this?

What dose it mean when you have white stuff coming out of your breast? Almost like a pimple?stiff but not liquidity..? Just curious? Also how long dose it take for implantation?

If you are talking about the little pimple like bumps around your nipples they are completely normal. They are called Montgomery tubercules and they aid in breastfeeding. Sometimes they become more noticeable during pregnancy.
