5weeks! When do I need to go see the doc?

I'm not sure when I need to go see a doc. Haven't gone at all. Been taking folic acid 800mg, are there vitamins I could add?

Someone said I should go to the clinic when am 8weeks... Is that right?

Different doctors will want to see you at different times. Call and tell them you just found out you're pregnant and need to make your first appointment. They'll ask how far along you are and then tell you when they want you to come in. My friend's doctor saw at her 6 weeks and mine wanted to wait until 9.5 so it all depends.

I went as soon as I got a positive test result. Because they wanted to confirm. Just call and ask them when would be a best time to get an appointment. Folic acid is a good thing to take. But many people just take a pre natal vitamin.
