Is diarrhea a period thing ??

I always get diarrhea On my cycle I know tmi but am I alone ???

No you're not.. I experience loose stools during my period too!! They say that the same hormones that are responsible for causing our uterus to contract (cause cramps) are the same ones that mess with our intestines too; thus making us poop more frequently and making our poop looser than usual
