Strange period!!😒

Ok Ladies tell me what you think. Period three days late. Supposed to start Monday the the 4th.Took pregnancy test with negative results. It showed up the 7th with very light introduction but pinkish, pale orange in color. I have always had like crime scene heavy periods. Always went for 6 to 7 days. My period stopped on the 9th!! I wore a regular tampon for a couple of hours realizing I wasn't producing enough for that. And only wore a pad for the just in case. Wiping only showed evidence. Can someone give me and idea of what is happening?
