So I'm a highschool student & me & my boyfriend have been friends since third grade & started dating last year we have been together for about 9 months & well I feel like I'm ready for sex tbh (here's a little background, we are both virgins & before you say we are too young, I feel we are mentally ready, I am a 4.0 student with all honors so it's not like we are just messing around, we both have goals) okay so I really want to and I have an understanding mom like she will accept it just I will feel awkward telling her just because it is my mom. So basically I need someone's opinion if we should just wait or go for it if we are ready. Plus what methods should I use to protect my self from pregnancy
