Anxious even when everything is going perfect

After 8 years of trying we finally got our bfp after our first round of IVF. I am currently 8 weeks and to this point everything has gone so smooth, I just feel like I can't enjoy this time because I am so anxious that this is all to good to be true. I've had no symptoms other than fatigue and on and off breast pain. I was curious if anyone else felt this way in the first trimester and if so when did you finally feel like you could be excited and enjoy it without the anxiety.
