Dark lumpy blood

Ok I was freaking out earlier (panic attacks) because about a week ago I experienced random light bleeding like a week after my last period ended. This random bleeding was super light at first (barely anything) then for about one day it was heavy, black and clumpy! I think I remember having light cramps idk. Flash forward a week and I have very light dizziness. I do some research and people said it was implantation bleeding from early pregnancy. I always use condoms and I'm on birth control (taken same time everyday) I keep reading and some say it's a miscarriage, some say it's because of the birth control pills and being new to it. I've been on bc for a few months and a missed three pill sometime last month. My placebo pills started about 8-9 days ago and the chunky dark blood came on the 6th or 7th of this month. Lol I just need some clarity
