Seemed like normal baby acne but seems to get worse every day. Looks awful!! This morning it was like ten times worse when she woke up. Concerning me

My little guy has eczema. Are her cheeks really rough and dry feeling? Do some research on baby eczema. I've had great luck with coconut oil (apply several times a day) and aquaphor (a coat in the morning and thick coat right before bed). I stopped using soap on him completely. I've also cut dairy out of my diet (if you read up on eczema you'll see why). My first two had baby acne but this is different. Fist pic is first thing in the morning a few days ago. Second is after three days of coconut oil and aquaphor :)

I'm in the same boat as you ladies, my poor lil girls got this bad especially under her nose. Saw the doc today and she said it's totally normal, and to wash daily with just a wet washcloth. Sucks to see though, it looks so painful and irritated!!

Defiantly normal and is baby acne, our baby girl has it right now too.  Just clean with plain water daily and it will go away.

Don't worry hun this is completely normal. Just gently wipe down baby's face with a wet wash cloth every day, it will go away in time.
