What meds can i take

Im 10w and 1day. I think i have a cold and im not sure whether i should call my doc or wait it out. I have the following symptoms: voice gone, Scratchy throut with a cough that hurts my chest. Mild fever and a mild headache. Im also tired but that could also be due to the fact that im still in the 1st trimester. Im at a lost as i dont know what to do...

I think Tylenol is the only thing they say is okay :/

You can also take robotussin and Tylenol

Humidifier helped me a lot. I had one with Vick's vapor inside but you could get a plug in Vick's, like a Glade plug in. Feel better.

There is no "cure" for colds/flu. Just take tylenol as needed and rest. It will pass
