Angelcare motion pad and monitor??

So we just picked up this wonderful thing today! 😍 I'm just having issues setting it up and let's be honest, the manual is way too confusing! I tried to get them on the same channel and they both started beeping really loud! Does anyone know why that is or what I have to do to set it up properly? 😂

I got the same but with two pads. Started beeping since there was no movement. I just followed the instructions step by step. With testing, I just made some motions on the crib which would stop the beeping.
