Down and depressed

Any of you mommas just feel down and in the dumps? I am 13&3 and just don't feel pregnant no more. I have a home Doppler just to reassure me that baby is still alive. But I have no morning sickness no more or sore/tender breast, no baby bump yet. And still able to sleep on my tummy....even though I fall asleep on my side but wake up on my tummy. Please tell me I'm not the only one.
