My experience with folic acid
I have not taken folic acid for more than just this cycle but I've been taking it pretty consistently the entire cycle and let me just say my cycles are all over the place this time it actually came on day 35and I did not have cramps at all. It's completely normal. Which for me is not normal. Go folic acid you're my new best friend
