Waist trainer?

Having a c-section! I've read that having a belly band or waist trainer of some kind is a really good idea. Did it help you and what brand? I still want to be comfy and not feel like I'm in a straight jacket!

Def not a waist trainer but you can and should get an abdominal binder (doesn't lace
Up just Velcro) my hospital gave it to me. It makes a world of difference when moving around I didn't have one with my 1st but did with my 2nd. As your dr about it he will know if hospital has them (they should) and can write a script for it after csection
