Who is buying a baby monitor (Owlet or Snuza)

Ok, I have two kids already and both of them made it without baby monitor (not the camera, the heart rate monitor). I'm expecting my last baby and I feel since it's the last once I want to be over protective. Im thinking about eating this fancy sock called the Owlet or the Snuza that you clip on the diaper to monitor baby's heart rate and oxygen levels. The problem it super expensive we are talking in the 150$+
