Bleeding while possibly pregnant??

I'm pretty convinced I might be pregnant having a lot of symtoms cramping around my uterus back pain dizziness mood swings etc. not my period cuz that was 2 weeks ago it for the past week and a half Iv been feeling these symtoms but 3x this past week I started bleeding during sec like right when I started to it would bleed the littlest bit not a whole lot. I plan to make a dr appointment but just need some advice if I could be pregnant and it's spotting or idk?? Please tell me what you think/ know!!
