Fake breasts or real breasts?

I'm so self conscious about my breasts as I feel they don't fit my frame, UK 12, 34DD and I always think about getting implants because I know my boyfriend loves the fake look and I feel inadequate with my normal boobs. What do you guys think? Which do you prefer? Personally I think both fake and real look great, it's just my own I don't like.
