My sister-in-law is pregnant she is due on Frieday but got contractions yesterday for 3 hours and now she is okay but her belly is giggly now? What should I do take her to the hospital or what?

Also, have her drink COLD water, it will usually get the baby moving. Or my few, the caffeine will wake the baby up. Get her to the hospital right now though.
