Is this a pregnancy symptoms? No breast tenderness or any other so far....

Maybe. Everybody displays symptoms differently but usually the first signs are tender breasts. You should get on baby center and look up first symptoms and see what it says about back pain. But don't be discouraged if your not. I think many of us read into everything during our tww. Best of luck and baby dust your way my dear

I'm 8dpo, random low-level nausea, tender nipples (which is strange for me), & very mild cramps daily. I feel like I could be pregnant.... But then I wonder if I am just an eager beaver imagining things.

I'm 6dpo and my back is killing me. Cramps too. Feels like AF is trying to come early. 😡
