Sciatic nerve pain relieve?!

I have tried everything! Chiropractor, massage, physio and now acupuncture out of desperation and nothing :( 
Anyone have any other ideas?

I had this with my second :( It was mostly in my butt. I seriously sat on tennis Balls to try and relieve the pain. I also started labor with back labor with her. I feel like they were related.

I was the same way I had it on both sides and had to have physically therapy one day it was a while lot better and the three days later started hurting again. So mine comes and goes they said my baby keep pushing against it. But I'm holding it will just stop hurting all together lol.

Just an update I had my second acupuncture appointment on Friday, was still in pain all day but woke up Saturday pain free! Haven't had any pain since. Here again for a follow up appointment and hope it stays that way!

Same here, I do stretches three times a day, but I only get relief for like 1 hour max 😭 it's the worst!!

Try a maternity support belt. It's helped to take some of the pressure off my back. I have a herniated disc so my pain goes back and forth between right and left leg as baby shifts and my weight changes. Also prenatal yoga/stretching/physical therapy.

Try stretching you back muscles. It works for me for a short period of time until I piss it off again
