Vitamins and vegetarianism
So I've recently given up on meat cuz I puke when I try to eat it now. I take my vitamins, but are there more I should take now since I'm calling off meat? I still love my black beans and such but I don't know how much less protein I'm gonna be getting. I have an appointment in a week so I can ask my midwife her opinion but just didn't want to wait that long for answers
