Ultrasounds?

How many more ultrasounds do you get after you find out your baby genders. Do you get a few more when your more months ahead just to re-confirm the gender. Or do you only get the one where they tell u what your having?

I think you get one more after they tell you what you're having, around 30 weeks. At least that's what my doctor told me.

Usually once you get the gender one that's your last one. But if you really want to see baby again in an ultrasound you can go to the ER and say your worried about babies movement and you haven't felt baby move in awhile or something but they will not sit there reconfirming gender because they don't care but it's another way to see baby and you can try to glimpse and see if you see anything different.

Depends if your classed as high or low risk. & also where from. I'm from UK, but I'm also classed as high risk. I've had two scans by 12 weeks, I'll be scanned at 16 weeks then every 2 weeks after that xx

It depends where you're from. I'm from England so I had a scan at 12 weeks then another at 20 (where they told me the gender) and that's it. I'm paying for a private one for in a month or two just to see my baby again. 20 weeks is a long time to not see her!

I had 3 so far and im 15wks 5d but one was done at emergency room and ill have one in about 4wks to find the gender

I'll have my fourth one next week at 20 weeks. Then I believe I have 2 more before I give birth. You can always pay a specialist to have more! I love them so I definitely would if I wasn't getting one every other month

I've already had two and I'm 14 weeks I'll have another one at 16 weeks and I'll have 1 every month until I deliver it just depends my obviously has the ultrasound machine in his office and alot of OBS have to send you out for one because they dnt have them in the office
