Pls help- I fitted my belt last night very tightly. When I woke up to feed my baby in midnight, I felt really uncomfortable so I removed it. It's morning now and I am still feeling really uncomfortable, even though I removed it. Is there any side effect of wearing postpartum corset very tightly? I am 4 weeks and 2 days postpartum.
