What's the fastest you would speed?

For the sake of the poll lets pretend you're on a road with a 35 mph speed limit. It's not residential. How fast would you be going?

And just in general how do you feel about speeding? What is appropriate and what is dangerous?

I hate speeders. We all share the road and you need to think of others while you're driving. Speed variations is the biggest factor in accidents. So the solution is to all go an agreed upon speed aka the speed limit. Most of the time the people who are zooming around end up at the next stop light right beside me. Stop it.

I don't typically like to be pulled over, so I wouldn't go much above that.

Then I'd have people tailgating me and *oops brake check*

There's one street that's 35 mph and everyone drives 30 or slower, so when I can, I drive faster and get ahead of everyone. I usually go about 50 mph.

Depends how many people are out. If there's one or two other cars within sight for at least 20 minutes I'll go 30+ over the speed limit. If I'm in town I go the speed limit or under. If there's other cars on the highway I keep it around 10 over the speed limit.

Speeding is stupid but I still do it if I'm in a hurry. I learned real quick that it's not worth it when a couple months after getting my license I got two speeding tickets in a matter of one hour - and I'm not at all exaggerating!

I drive the same speed that everyone else is driving. Go slower, someone's going to crash into you from behind. Go faster, your control over your vehicle is even further compromised.

I spent a lot of money on my truck to make it faster than any stock corvette 😅 and 90% of vehicles on the road. But being its a huge diesel I do try to be easy with my lead foot, I'm normally doing about 10 over the posted speed unless it's the freeway
