Recommendations for IVF in Toronto

Starting to get fed up with the customer service at my current clinic: I'm doing my 2nd IVF cycle next week, and I have yet to deal with the same nurse. Twice, I've been given conflicting instructions which required extra time on my part to sort out. Information is also given out piecemeal (as they don't want to overload their patients), which is insulting. For this cycle, I had the clinic give me a copy of the doctor's orders and my prescriptions in advance.
