I got this questions for y'all 
"Do you lay on your back?," cause somebody told me it not good for the baby.

I'm in my third trimester and I can't breath on my back anymore so I don't end up in that position. First trimester you are fine to sleep on your back. During your second trimester it will start to get uncomfortable and that's a good indicator that you should try to sleep more on your sides.

Not for long periods of time. It slows the blood flow, doesn't stop it.. if it stopped it, my baby would be dead already. I got a body pillow and try to hug that all night, but I do wake up on my back and just roll over to my side again. I just laid on my back for an hour during the 21week ultrasound and he was fine the whole time. It's not going to kill your baby but they do recommend sleeping on your left side.

When I was pregnant..   YES!!!! That was the only way I could sleep in my last trimester.

I use a pregnancy pillow and am mostly on my sides. If you do end up on your back, try getting a wedge or something to elevate yourself so you aren't totally flat

No, dont do it. That can stop blood flow to baby and to you. Laying on your left side is most recommended but if iys not comfortable lay any other way but your back !

Depends how far along you are. First trimester is perfectly fine cuz the baby and uterus are still tiny.
