Lipo surgery?

I'm thinking on getting all of my body fat removed and leaving some of it behind, it's now almost mid to beginning of spring and that means Dresses and that means showing my fat arms, I want to get it all removed and I'm kinda scared to do it. I'm so sick of wearing long jackets over my arms and I'm so tired of looking at my body and thinking "what kind of walking piece of shit have I become" and all of that negative crap I've also felt insecure because of my sisters friends and her friends friends have used a ton of euphemism when talking around me.
