I always get this before my period arrives, I know every woman’s body is different but I have never gotten this in my first pregnancy and never relied on this as a pregnancy sign. This is just from my experience, every woman’s body is different.

I have been having the same for about 4 days now, I am 4 days late, did a pregnancy blood test with bunch of urine home tests last month, a month after having an intercourse and it was all negative, just asking if i still should be concerned about being pregnant (not ttc) has anyone gone through this?
