56 days late and still no period or positive tests! Help please!!

I've written 3 posts now about this and all I'm trying to get is advice. 56 days and still no period. I've never been this late before and just recently I have been getting moderate pain in my pelvic/lower abdominal area. I've taken plenty of pregnancy tests including a blood test at the hospital and they're all negative. Has anyone been through this before? Any advice other than going to the doctor? No insurance for seeing my primary or real doctors. HELP!
