My son is one month old today and we have been back in the hospital for the last week. My three year old had rsv a couple weeks ago (just like a mild cold for him) and despite our best efforts to avoid it my newborn caught it too. We went to the pediatrician and he checked out okay, took him back the next day bc I felt that he was struggling to breathe and we were sent to the hospital via ambulance.
