Does anyone else's PMS make them CRAZY

Post your examples if you like! My PMS is so crazy it actually makes me loose my shit over nothing and then I end up balling my eyes out. Me and my fiancé  had a bit of a tiff nothing major it was so small I made it major and cried my eyes out after for no reason then later when it was sorted we went to McDonald's and my PMS was so bad I ended up starting another silly row. We got over that in like 5 minutes but our food had gone cold so he threw it I then cried for 15 minutes because I didn't have my food 😂 if I cry over food when my cycles due imagine what if be like pregnant 😂
