Possiable miscarriage

Has this happened to anyone I would like to know what happened. Here my lil story. I went to Med express on tuesday after work found out I had a uti at 6 weeks I came home nd took a nap then when I woke up I was bleeding. The bleeding started light and never was fully heavy. So I went to the er after my dad came home to watch my son. Sat at the er they did test and both kinds of ultrasound they said I wasn't far enough to really tell and to follow up with my dr in 2 days. Yesterday I went got my blood work and seen the dr she said I was miscarring and my pregnancy hormone droped from 90 I think to 35. The bleeding stopped I still feel pregnant I haven't gotten sick this whole time or had any other issues other then my knee. I'm wondering if this happened to anyone and they end up still pregnant or am I giving myself false hopes.
