21 weeks and finally exercising again!
I finally started working out again yesterday and it feels so good! I worked out 4-6 days a week before getting pregnant, but I got so sick that I couldn't for the past 5 months. I finally have energy and am feeling good so I decided to jump on the bandwagon again. It helps that I have my own equipment in my home because I sure as heck don't feel pretty while doing it. But after getting yelled at at my last doc appt for gaining 11lbs at 18 weeks, I apparently need to get back into the swing of things!
