Sore throat an early sign of pregnancy?

Hi - so I ovulated about 5 days ago and last night my throat was killing me, this morning it was still sore but now it's not as bad. Just wondering if anyone has experienced a sore throat and then became pregnant. I'm really hoping we conceived this cycle. Just thought the sore throat was a little weird since no one around me has been sick. Thanks in advance!

1) 5DPO is before implantation, you can't be pregnant until implantation

Just wanted to update - sore throat only lasted about a day. Now I have a runny nose. Not sure if these are early signs but thought I'd share since I read that it may be a sign of pregnancy. Let me know what you think.

I also have a random sore throat and I am 4 dpo. Haven't had a sore throat in years! I have read that it is a symptom. Flu symptoms can be. Good luck!
