Post postpartum weight
My LO is 8 weeks already I'm so in love but just want the after birth weight to go away how long does it take ? What are some things to do to help lose all the extra pounds?? Any suggestions ? I'm currently EBF I've heard that helps burn calories but I haven't noticed anything lost yet
