SPD...boy did i screw up today

I have had SPD since around 20w with my first and i felt good today, it was the first nice spring day in Michigan and i went for a walk....holy crap, did i just screw myself. I'm in soooo much pain i can barely stand up and walk to the bathroom. Ill be sleeping in my lazyboy tonight it seems. :( I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy and ill definitely be thinking long and hard before i try to have another baby after this. I envy you ladies with normal pregnancies. All i want to do is walk and i can't even do that. How depressing. 2 more months to go and im counting the days. At least she'll be worth the agony in the long run.
