Can you be a wet nurse even if you haven't had a baby?

So. I am wondering, can you donate breast milk? Who can you donate it to? And yes I am disease free. I've never had a baby but  I've learned that you can take hormones to trick your body into producing breast milk. I know how valuable breast milk is and I have boobs so why not? I want to do this. Can I do this? How?? And how do I even start? Who do I go to? Do I just tell my doctor to give me hormones to produce??
