C section recovery.. Abs gone :(
I am 16 weeks postpartum and I have just recently started working out SLOWLY a few weeks ago. My scar had opened up about 6 weeks after coming home so the healing process has been slow. Anyhow, I lost all my baby weight in like 2 months from breastfeeding alone, however, my tummy is just plain awful. My ab muscles are non existent and I have this ugly pooch that doesn't seem to be going away. It's like my internal organs are just pressing outwards. And my belly button is gone 😂 Does this ever go away?? What can I do??
