Circumcision/insurance

So I was wondering if anyone's insurance is covering there son circumcision or if your having to pay out of pocket?? I have two different insurance one is Medicaid and the other is UHC (unitedhealhcare) let me know if you have had either insurance and if has cover circumcision or if you had to pay out of pocket..!?! I don't care either was...oh by the way I live in Fl if that helps.
