Ultrasound said im 2 weeks behind??

Question

I had an emergency ultrasound done on march 28 and i measured at 7w 5d

On friday i went for my "first" ultrasound and she measured me at 10 weeks and 3 days

Im reality if i was following my march 28 measurement i should be approx. 12 weeks today

Why did the ultrasound machine measure me 2 weeks behind? Does this mean something bad? Is the baby growing properly??

I'm on my 4th pregnancy. I have measured 2 to 4 weeks behind/ahead.

Most likely means you ovulated later than you thought, according to my last period my due date should be June 6th but measurements made it June 13th due to late ovulation. It just happens! Sometimes they catch up a few days but once you get an official due date at around 12 weeks they won't change it.

Ultrasounds are not exact. They are estimates. Sometimes you measure ahead or behind. I would not worry. Just like when they start measuring your uterus. Sometimes baby is in weird positions and makes the measurement off.
