What to do!

Recently, my daughter I have moved in with my mom, I no longer want to be with her father but he wont let go. He was mentally and emotionally abusive, I was with him for 4 years, he was my first real relationship. I was tired of feeling miserable. Now he keeps blowing up my phone and my Facebook and wont leave me alone. I dont want to block him out of our lives but it seems I may have to. He wont listen to the boundries I have set and wont leave me alone. Any advice? Or anyone who has had a situation similar?
