Clogged duct
Tips??
Nursing fourth baby. Never had one. She's sleeping 4hr stretches overnight and that means so am I. Still every 2 hours during the day. I woke up and a part of my breast feels bruised. It isn't red or warm but feels tender to touch and movement. I'm currently nursing on the side that hurts but the bruised part doesn't feel any better.
If I don't touch it, it doesn't hurt after I've nursed. I'm guessing it's a clogged duct.
