Walking Epidural?

With my first I had a regular epidural and felt fine besides having absolutely no control over my legs. Someone mentioned a walking epidural for my 2nd. What is the difference? Can you feel anything? Do you have feelings in your legs?

My hospital says they don't offer them anymore because women didn't feel like they offered enough pain relief.

It's the same drugs, just a lower dose. You may be able to move your legs but you will not be able to walk around.
